The Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Mall (Under The Red Roof) is getting a face-lift. This landmark of Pigeon Forge has finally agreed to accept the fact that aging gracefully is not for everyone.

Since the new ownership took over 7 years ago, the mall has been undergoing a structural renovation with plumbing, electrical, gutters and actual support beams being rebuilt; We are finally able to put that beautifying coat of paint on the mall.

The roof has been painted a gloss red finish and the there will be many more changes to come. By keeping in mind the core strength of this great nation of ours, the small business owner, we are pushing forward with our project of enabling the local business minded entrepreneur to finally take a step towards their financial freedom by owning their own business.

By offering incentives and very reasonable rates, we are able to start off their business and not burden the new business owner with too much overhead in the beginning of their venture.
